As a senior executive at Daimler AG, she was responsible for many years for the successful organisation of the Mercedes-Benz automobile operations in the People’s Republic of China. She conducted negotiations for sales and licence agreements as well as joint ventures and was the key account manager for customers in various provinces throughout the country.

She acted as a consultant for business institutions and organisations and took part in the building up of German-Chinese economic relations.

She helped to structure Mercedes-Benz brand communication for international sales and marketing  and supervised international teams developing market and customer-related strategies. The worldwide knowledge management system she created received the “Best Practice Award”.

Her years of experience in dealing with international business partners, customers and staff have given her the competence and expertise required for dealing with the needs of prospective Chinese and German clients.
